Drag's Play Effect On Menu for MZ

Game menu are important, but they are not very customizable without using plugins in RMMZ. So here it is, a simple but effective plugin to let you play any animation you have into your datase directly on your menu !

Features (non-exhaustive list) :

• Different trigger to let you play animations exactly when you want,
• Predefined parameter to help you place effects, even on plugin modified menus, 
• Lot of options for customization, such as delay, scale, loop, ...

From now on, every menus will look different !
